We hope you are happy with your purchase! In the rare occurrence your item is faulty or you change your mind you have the following options:
If you change your mind within 28 days of receiving your order then we will happily provide you with a refund.
Due to the nature of our products and our strict hygiene and health regulations, we can only accept returns of items which have their security seal intact and have not been used or removed from their packaging. Please contact us if there is anything you are unsure of before purchasing.
If you wish to return your order, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to issue a return label for you (UK only).
Once we have received your return we will issue a refund, minus any shipping charges. Please allow up to 28 days for returns to be processed.
We know how disappointing it would be for your new toy to be faulty when you receive it. If your item is not working correctly within 28 days, please get in touch with us and we will provide an exchange for the same product. Please email email@example.com, including your name, order number and details of the product that is faulty and we will assist you further. Please ensure that you have all the product parts, accessories and packaging that came with the product. Please make sure the product is thoroughly cleaned before sending back.
We strongly advise you to register your item for warranty where possible.
If your product stops functioning after 28 days through no fault of your own and your product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty then you may be eligible for a replacement or repair by the manufacturer. In this instance, you will need to get in touch with the manufacturer directly. Of course you are welcome to get in touch with our team if you have any questions on how to go about this.
