Shipping policy

ALL ORDERS are shipped in plain discreet packaging! Payments on your card/bank statement are displayed as White Tiger Europe LTD giving no indication of the nature of your purchase.

All orders are sent with a tracked service.

Postage is £4.50 or free if over £50. We are only able to send to addresses within the UK. 

We aim to get all orders out the same day if placed before 2PM.

Tracking your order Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you when we dispatch your order.

Click & Collect

  • FREE 
  • Order before 7pm Mon-Sat or 5pm Sunday to collect in-store the same day.
  • We'll email you when your order is ready for collection.
  • To collect your order from us, you'll need to bring your order confirmation and identification in the name of the person the order is addressed to. This can be:
    • Credit/debit card
    • Driving license
    • Valid passport
    • Bank/building society book
    • Photo Identity Card (Foreign National, Military, Police Warrant, Royal Mail Employee)

Standard Shipping

  • We aim to post orders the same day if placed before 2PM
  • We will send you an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order here for Hermes or here for DPD . 
  • Standard Delivery - deliver in 2 to 4 working days from drop off

We are unable to change delivery details once the order has been processed. 

 

Cancelling your order

If you need to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible at shop@easytigerstore.com and include your order number. If the order hasn’t been packed yet we can cancel this for you and issue a refund. Once your order has been packed, we are unable to cancel your order and you will have to return it to us via post at your own cost.
